I am a Honduran-Panamanian American who grew up in Honduras her whole life who moved to Texas in 2018 to pursue my Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Abilene Christian University (Class of 2022). I love working with people and I am happy to share my culture with anyone who would like to learn about it. My favorite hobbies include drawing, painting, and spending time with animals. I just embarked in my journey as full-time Spanish tutor at TCC and I couldn't be more excited to join this institution!

Hello, my name is Miguel Morales, I recently just got hired as a TCC Spanish tutor. As new as this environment can feel for me, I have always been exposed to a Hispanic community thanks to the fact that I come from the most beautiful place that I have seen during my lifetime Puerto Rico. During my growth as a person, Puerto Rico has always been my safe space regardless of the controversies behind it; it taught me many things and continues to do so even from afar. Moving to the states really was a big change for me and my family, but I also don't regret going through the hardships that came with that change. During my short time of four years in Texas, I've come to like the presence of sports and other physical teachings. Always being connected with my physical health is crucial to me and have really taken a liking to the ones present here. |
