  How to Schedule an Appointment

  To schedule an appointment, click the button below, call 817-515-3808, drop-in to ESCT 3205, or visit our online chat (above).

  Use the online chat on this page to schedule your appointment. In the chat, include the date, time, and type of session you would like.

  Tutoring Options/ Types of Sessions:

  In-Person: Students meet with a tutor in the lab.

  Live Online: Students meet with a tutor online in Microsoft Teams.

  Written Feedback: Students submit their assignment instructions and completed assignment for review by a tutor. The focus of written feedback is on higher order concerns, such as thesis, development, etc.

  Upload your assignment and instructions to TracCloud once you schedule your appointment. All assignments require a heading that includes your name, instructor, course, and due date.
