How to Start a Student Organization!
STEP 1 FIND YOUR PEOPLE |
You will need: One president One senator to attend SGA senate meetings (one per month) Three additional members (for a total of five) At least one full-time faculty or staff sponsor (you can have more than one) |

STEP 2 CREATE A CONSTITUTION |
You will need to decide on a constitution. You can either create your own or use the one we have provided for you. You will need to edit it with your organization name and mission statement. |
STEP 3 APPLICATION PROCESS |
The application process has three parts:
All three of these requirements must be met by the deadline- Fall, October 1; Spring March 1. |
