TCC Student & Alumni Networking Info (AKA- what is this?!)

WHAT IS IT?

This form was created to offer a resource for current, future, and past students to stay connected upon graduating from the TCC nursing program. It is hard to keep track of where everyone ends up or who works where- Enter, the TCC Student & Alumni Networking Form. 

For current students, when considering where you would like to apply- you can use this form to connect with a former or current student and ask questions about a specific floor or hospital! ADDITIONALLY, if you currently work as a PCT, secretary, admin, etc, PLEASE FILL IN THE FORM, we want to know where you work while in school as well!!! (Once you accept another job you are able to submit another form)

For former students, how great is it to be able to see who we will potentially be working with upon graduation OR who will be coming to work with us in the future! OR maybe we end up wanting to make a switch to another floor or hospital- we can re-visit this sheet to connect with someone who may be able to offer valuable information!

Please keep in mind that your information will be shared with other students (past, present, and future), do not include your personal phone number IF you are not comfortable with being reached via text message. PLEASE include your PERSONAL email and not your student email as that email will not be accessible after graduation.

All you have to do is fill in the google FORM and it will AUTO-POPULATE the google SHEET.
