2/10/25 Meeting Minutes

Agenda:

• Discuss Valentine's Karaoke mishap
• Prep paper hearts and a music playlist (didn't happen)
• Play games (didn't happen)

What happened:

1. Discussed Valentine's Karaoke

2. Scarlett, Kathryn, Patrick, and Bryan went to student activities to discuss the problem. After we found out what happened, we returned to the meeting.

• Student Activities said we did everything right, and this was just a really unfortunate mistake. 
• For the future: Always CC both Bryan and Jennifer in any emails about coordinating, email Alisha about any events, and keep each other updated on everything.

3. Voted on when we should reschedule karaoke. The outcome:

• Date: March 27th, 2025
• Setup Time: 10 AM
• Start Time: 11 AM
• End Time: 3:30 PM

4. Discussed Saturday's debate at DBU
