Please keep the following in mind when making room reservations:
- Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. It is highly recommended to reserve your rooms for the entire semester.
- Please keep in mind set up and clean up time when making room reservations.
- When using rooms, please make sure you clean up after your group and put the furniture back to how you found it.
- If your desired room is outside of the NSTU, please submit a Program Proposal and we will assist with reserving those rooms.
- Once we confirm your room reservation, we will send you the facilities request document for you to fill out and return to us. This form will let us know how you want the room set up and what media needs you to have.
