Adjunct Instructors:

Adjunct faculty will no longer be compensated separately for orientation, compliance training, or the annual 8-hours of professional development. Compensation for required training is included in the flat rate of pay. Adjunct instructors will still be required to record the 8 hours of PD in the LearnCenter and fill out the PDP plan at the beginning of each academic year. For questions on this, contact your chair.

You will submit your professional development to your chair each year. The video shows you where to find the deadlines and other information related to this submission. Below is also where you will find the forms.

How do I track my professional development?

You will fill out the PD Worksheet and submit this to your chair and dean. The PD plan worksheet will be submitted at the start of each academic year. You will record all professional development in the LearnCenter and the dean will verify that all recorded at the end of the academic year meets your requirements.
